We are in London for a few days and had planned to visit Westminster Abbey. Unfortunately, when we got there, we missed the opening by 5 minutes (or should I say closing!). Anyway, we decided to go to one of our favourite museums, the Victoria and Albert.
It is a favourite for the wonderful cafè which has an Art Deco feel to it. As we ate our scone ( they are huge so we had one between us!) a pianist tinkled the ivories on a piano in the centre of the room. Once our tummies were full, we had a wonder around.
Here is a selection of collections we saw! You have silver, Samari warriors, sacred ornaments and stained glass.
Interesting. What size are the Samari?
